Responsibilities :
- To provide timely, accurate and relevant information on customer enquiry and requirements
- To co-ordinate customers order and ensure it is deliver on time
- To perform outbound calls to built rapport and improve sales
- To handle and resolve customer complaints in a tactful and professional manner
Requirements :
- Minimum SPM or Higher
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
- Possess positive and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities :
- Manage a group of assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate between customer and company
- Ensure that all important records are documented as per company's requirement

Responsibilities :
- Service for retails market
- Responsible for daily Sales and Marketing operation
- Responsible for sales collection and adhere to credit control
- Carry out appropriate marketing / sales strategy to achieve target

Web Programmer
Responsibilities :
- Perform enhancement of existing applications.
- Identify proactive activities to achieve stability and improve performance of databases, web servers and applications.
- Able to create and CMS or and e-commerce website.
- Capable to integrate with local and overseas payment gateways (e.g.: IPAY88, PayPal and etc.)
- To develop and maintain websites.
- Candidate must be able to work independently.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Java, PHP, Macromedia Flash, MYSQL.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Web Designer/ Senior Web Designer
Responsibilities :
- Work with directions from customers, project manager to design and develop web sites complying with customer guidelines and standards.
- Work with software engineers to develop interactive web sites.
- Provide new design for advertising purposes such as online banners, newsletters, websites, etc.
- Assist customer in updating the content of websites.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated high level web design and communication skills; at least 2 years experience in e-Commerce web design role is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to achieve goals within tight timeframes and coordinate the completion of multiple tasks.
- Strong UI knowledge.
- Competency in the use of software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Image Ready and Flash [with strong knowledge of actionscripting).
- Adobe Flash experience is a must.
- Knowledge of CMS a plus.
- Demonstrated skill of HTML, XHTML, CSS a must.
- Applied knowledge of jQuery, ASP, .Net and PHP is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and good communcation skills.
